DEI Communities' centralized accounting team based in our Omaha Corporate Office is committed to maintining quality, control and service while meeting the needs of our individual clients.  Our web-based operating software and report writing capabilities allow us to provide our clients with real-time data in the format that best suits their needs.  To insure our goal of providing personalized and quality service to clients, each asset is assigned a Property Accountant to ensuring consistent, prompt service.

Our accounting team also interfaces electronically with banking institutions nationwide allowing for ACH and credit card transactions for rent payments.  This process increases the timeliness of receivables and the flexibility for residents to make payments based on their convenience.
